Do I need a medical card to purchase at your store?

No, you don’t need a medical card! RNR is a Recreational Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensary, meaning anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID—out-of-state and foreign IDs accepted) can shop with us.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 5 days of purchase for defective products. To process a return or exchange, please bring the product, original packaging, and your receipt.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Sun – Wed from 10 AM to 12 AM, and Thu – Sat from 10 AM – 2 AM. Any schedule changes due to weather or holidays will be posted on our Instagram (@RNR.BK)—follow us for updates!

What forms of payment do you accept?

In Store:

Cash
Debit Cards: A $3.50 fee applies to debit transactions.
Dutchie Pay(Pay By Bank)
BarterPay
ATMs: Two on-site ATMs are available for your convenience with a $3.50 fee per use.

Online:

We accept online payments via Aero Pay and Dutchie Pay for pick-up orders.
For pick-up orders, if you prefer to pay by debit, credit, or cash upon arrival.

How do I place an order for pick-up?

Browse & Shop: Visit our website to view our full product lineup and add items to your shopping cart. We recommend reviewing product details on the respective brand websites for additional information
Checkout: Open your shopping cart and choose that your order is for pick-up. Click “proceed to checkout” and enter your payment details.
Schedule Your Order:
- For pick-up, select a 1‑hour window with no order minimum. Your order will be prepared starting 15 minutes before your chosen window and held for up to 24 hours.
Notifications: Receive a confirmation text when your order is received. For pick-up orders, you’ll get a text when your order is ready.
